pne.uma this year becomes a circle. It tightens, aligns and defines itself as an intangible geometric shape. After a first edition focused on birth, today the festival grows and acquires a measure. The circle draws the embrace, the will to gather and squeeze towards a common identity, making sound and its protagonists the force of attraction. pne.uma wants to become the cradle of a place designed by us where people can meet, learn and be fascinated by the manifestations of sound.
The circle will host concerts, masterclasses, shared listening lectures, launch a web radio, offer cocktails and be the home of a big party.
The circle lives in the factories, the places where the Marche region and Castelfidardo have built their artisanal history. All the concerts will take place inside the industrial spaces where the accordion comes to life, returning innovation and experimentation to its parents, like a line that closes.
The second edition of pne.uma will host for the masterclass the accordionist Fanny Vicens who, together with the course participants, will work on new works composed by artist-in-residence Marco Baldini.
